Thrown when a request is aborted by the client's own timeout — the server
never answered within timeoutMs.
It exists because the alternative is worse than useless: aborting an
AbortController without a reason produces a DOMException whose message is
"signal is aborted without reason", and that string was reaching shoppers as
a page-level alert on the hosted cart.
statusCode is 408 (Request Timeout) so the error keeps the same shape as
every other Cart SDK error, even though no server sent it.
